Who am I?
I am an author and publisher, trading under my own name in the United Kingdom.

I will collect your contact details when you sign up to my mailing list through my website or specifically and clearly ask me to be add you to the mailing list.
In order to send the agreed emails to you, I work with Mailchimp, who provide software which helps me manage my mailing list. When you sign up to my mailing list, they act as data processors for me and only process personal information in line with my instructions.
What information do I collect?
I will collect your name and email address, and, in some cases, any genre preferences or other information needed to provide you with more relevant emails.
How is your information used?
I rely on your consent to store and process the personal information that I collect.
Your name and contact details will be stored on my mailing list on the Mailchimp online marketing platform. I will use your information to keep you updated with new releases, special offers, free content, interesting opportunities, enjoyable conversations, or other notifications you have signed up to receive.
How long will I hold your information?
I will keep your contact details on my mailing list until you wish to unsubscribe from receiving communications from me.

Keeping your personal information secure
I have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
